Six generations later, Rankin owns 4500 acres of cork forestry in Portugal managing the supply of closures from acorn to bottle. Rankins’s activities in the forest are established on a long term strategy of sustainability and their FSC certification ensures our corks are from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits.
