Orange & Fennel Gin Collins
A cocktail complimenting the sweet fennel and sundried orange peel in our London Dry gin. Elegant and crisp, this is a delightful tipple of summer sweetness.
INGREDIENTS
• 50ml Tipplemill London Dry
• 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 15ml Fennel Syrup
• ¼ Wedge of Orange
• Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
METHOD
In a cocktail shaker or jam jar, muddle the freshly squeezed juice of the orange wedge with the fennel syrup.
Add the gin, lemon juice and ice cubes and shake hard until well chilled.
Strain into the glass and top with soda water.
Garnish with a slice of orange and fennel frond.
