Gin FAQs

What is London Dry Gin?

As you will have noticed, our gin is not made in London. ‘London Dry Gin’ actually refers to a specific method of distillation and is a mark of quality.
For a gin to hold this title, the base sprit must be distilled to 96% ABV alcohol volume, all of the flavour must be added through distillation, and nothing can be added post distillation except water. So no artificial flavours or colouring to mask any ‘hiccups’ during any stage of the process!

Describe the Tipplemill London Dry taste?

Tipplemill Gin is heartily traditional at its core, with a flavoursome cameo of bittersweet citrus and elderflower, and depth and character from fennel seeds, warming cassia and dry, herbaceous bay.

Is Tipplemill Gin Gluten Free?

Although our gin is distilled from our wheat base alcohol, the distillation process removes any allergens from our gin. We do recommend you check with your GP as allergies can vary.

Delivery FAQs

How much does delivery cost?

UK mainland standard delivery (2-3 working days) is free!
If you would like your tipple sooner we can post with next working delivery (orders placed before 11am) : £5.95.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only deliver within UK mainland which excludes Northern Ireland

Do you have option to add gift wrap and a gift message to my order?

Yes, upon checkout please see section 3. ‘gift message’ and enter your message here.

My order is a gift, will anything be sent out with the price on it?

No, any order with a gift message will not include any pricing or order details.

I’ve noticed a typo in my email address, what should I do?

Please contact us directly on info@tipplemill.com with your order number and correct email address within 30 minutes of placing your order and we will amend it accordingly.

I have inputted the wrong shipping address, can this be fixed?

Please contact us directly on info@tipplemill.com detailing the nature with your order number and correct shipping details within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please note we are unable to amend these details are your package has been dispatched.

I’ve changed by mind and would like to cancel my order

Please contact our Tipplemill staff by emailing us within 30 minutes of placing your order (during our open hours).

We will do our best to facilitate your request where possible, however if your order has already been fulfilled it will not be possible to cancel it. Please view our returns policy here.
